AUXOP ASSOCIATION MEETING

14 APRIL 2007

PONTIAC, MI

1200 Meeting called to order by President Dick Martin.

There were 12 members present for the meeting and luncheon.

Dick asked for a motion for Association to cover excess lunch expense. Motion the AUXOP Association cover any excess expense for the luncheon was made by Art Whelan, 2^nd by Bill Smith,. Motion passed

Dick held discussion on need for practical demonstrations for the OSC courses. He also showed power point presentation he developed on knots and Comm.’s practical’s. Majority of AUXOP members feel that practicals are necessary for the OSC courses. The practical’s we now have need to be redone to conform to the changes in the AUXOP courses. A committee of Don Pyrjmak, Carl Hikade and Ken Renner DSO-MT were appointed to up grade the practical demonstrations.

Financial statement was read. Motion to accept financial statement as read was made by Bob Colby, 2^nd by Bill Smith. Motion passed.

Subject of members that would like to run for office, but due to circumstances, could not attend the fall conference. Motion to accept self-nomination for any office (Pres., Vice-Pres., Sec/Trea.)from a member, by either e-mail or regular mail up to 30 days before the conference, was made by Bob Colby, 2^nd by Art Whelan,. Motion passed

Nothing further meeting adjourned at 1253.
