AUXOP ASSOCIATION MEETING

Meeting called to order at 1158 by President Richard Martin.
There were 12 members present for the combined luncheon and meeting.
Motion by Art Whelan, 2nd by David Soule, that the AUXOP Association covers any and all cost of luncheon over amount paid by the members. Motion approved.
Minutes of the 14 April 2007 meeting were read. Motion by Art Whelan, 2nd by Don Gaby to accept as read. Motion passed.
Dick Martin discussed new program AUXSAR (sc&e).
AUXSAR will be dropped as of April 1, 2008
Elections were held and new officers will hold office for the next two years starting January 1, 2008.
Michael Skowronski was nominated for President. There being no other nominations and Mike accepted the nomination, President Dick Martin made the motion, 2nd by Art Whelan that the secretary cast one unanimous ballot for Michael Skowronski. Motion passed.
Carl Hikade was nominated for Vice-President. They’re being no other nominations and Carl accepted the nomination. A motion by Art Whelan, 2nd by Dick Martin that the secretary cast one unanimous ballot for Carl Hikade. Motion passed.
Ken Larson was nominated for Secretary/Treasurer. There being no other nominations and Ken accepted the nomination. A motion by Dick Martin, 2nd by Art Whelan that the secretary cast one unanimous ballot for Ken Larson. Motion passed.
DSO/MT Ken Renner discussed problem of finding instructors for OSC Review classes at the conferences. He requested that AUXOP members teach the classes. Dick Martin suggested a polling of the members with AUXOP status to see who would like to teach and what subject. Then make a list and give to the DSO/MT.
No further business, meeting adjourned at 1250.
