AUXOP ASSOCIATION MEETING

16 September 2006

Sault Ste Marie, MI

Meeting called to order at 1205 by President Richard Martin.

There were 12 members present for the combined luncheon and meeting.

Motion by Art Whelan, 2^nd by Louie Leveille, that the AUXOP Association covers any and all cost of luncheon over amount paid by the members. Motion approved.

Dick Martin went over highlights of the meetings of April 8, 2006 in Pontiac and the September 24, 2006 in Sault Ste Marie. Motion by Mike Skowronski, 2^nd by Carl Hikade, to accept minutes as presented. Motion passed.

Dick Martin presented a power point program on the new AUXOP Web page to be published on the District Web page. This will be an on going project that can be up dated and additions made as needed. Motion by Art Whelan, 2^nd by Louie Leveille, to approve the new AUXOP Web page as present and as an on going project for updates and new additions. Motion passed.

No further business, meeting adjourned at 1258.
