AUXOP ASSOCIATION MEETING

8 APRIL 2006

PONTIAC, MI

1200 Meeting called to order by President Dick Martin.

There were 20 members present for the meeting.

Dick asked for a motion for Association to cover excess lunch expense. Motion by Lynn Heasel, 2^nd by Tom Lewis, for the AUXOP Association to cover any excess expense for the luncheon. Motion passed

Dick then asked Lynn to express her views on the name change for the association. Lynn stated that there could have been a better way and that it did not need to be changed so quickly.

Dick would like to have an AUXOP Web page on the district web site. Walt Kline will work on this project. Every one participated in ideas of what should be list on the web page. There were a total of 17 suggestions. Dick will send these suggestions to Walt Kline.

Dick held discussion on power point presentation of the entire OSC courses. CD disks were handed out and assigned OSC courses were given to members. These members would then make a power point presentation for their assigned OSC course. Don Pryjmak showed and discussed power point presentation he made for Advance Coastal Piloting. Motion by Ralph Fairbanks, 2^nd by Walt Kline, AUXOP Association will cover the cost of the CDs for this project. Motion passed.

Nothing further meeting adjourned at 1255.
